Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by JACOBS LADDER INC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

JACOBS LADDER INC provides professional business services, including but not limited to administrative support, operational consulting, project management, and specialized commercial services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay fees as agreed in your service contract
• Maintain confidentiality of any shared credentials or access information

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, and work products created by JACOBS LADDER INC in the course of providing services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-provided materials remain the property of the client.

Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and business data. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary information to third parties without consent.

Limitation of Liability

JACOBS LADDER INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

No Guarantees

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Business results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice as specified in individual contracts. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become due immediately.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JACOBS LADDER INC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
